Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of the booking form and deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before the date of arrival.  We will e-mail reminders to help you.

We also require a security deposit of £150, payable with your balance.  If no damages occur we will return this deposit to you within 14 days of the end of your holiday.
